Honduras Marcala

We're excited to bring a new Fair Trade coffee into our rotation: Honduras Marcala. We haven't gone to this origin yet at Flying Five, but this cup beat out a number of others we cupped. Apparently Honduras has been improving it's production and quality over the last few years, and it is evident in this coffee. A very clean cup with medium body and acidity, and a very interesting caramel-y note. I hope everyone enjoys this new origin (for us), as much as I am. -Morgan
